Ingredients
tapioca pearlsagave syrup almond milkblueberriesbananaalmonds - sliveredalmond extract
Directions
soak tapioca for half an hour in almond milk in a 2 qt. saucepan. meanwhile slice the banana and put in a medium sized bowl along with the blueberries and slivered almonds.
bring tapioca mixture to a rolling boil, stirring all the time so it won't stick or burn. as soon as it reaches a good boil, remove from heat and add the almond extract and the agave syrup. pour over the fruit and almonds and let stand 20 minutes. stir. may be eaten warm or chilled.
