Ingredients
2 cups Diced potato 1 cup Diced Onion 1 clove diced Garlic1 tsp Johnny's Garlic Spead Seasoning or1 tsp of Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb (Less sodium)Pam Cooking Spray
Directions
Boil Potatoes until they are soft but not so much as they fall apart if poked with a fork. Just enough to make them soft on the outside but still lightly firm on the inside. Depending on the dice size and potato variety approx 5-9 mins
Drain the potatoes.
Cooking them in the oven: Pre-heat Broiler:
Take a baking sheet and lightly spray with Pam.
Place cooked potatoes and onions on baking sheet.
Lightly spray top side with Pam
Dash with Johnny's Garlic seasoning or Mrs. Dash
Place under in oven mid level. Allow the broiler to crisp the potatoes on the top side then flip the potatoes for even browning.

If cooking on a grill do the same this as above but used foil on the grill. We make a " foil pouch" but with opening at the top (not trying to steam in a closed pouch) Cook on Med-High until Potatoes are lightly browned
