Mixed Salad with Hoison Vinaigretter and Crisp Panko Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup panko chicken1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp black pepper2 boneless skinlees chicken breast halves-cut into bite sized pieces2 tbsp white wine vinegar1/2tsp ground ginger1tbsp dijon mustard1.5 tbsp hoison sauce2tsp canola oil1.5tsp of low sodium soy sauce1 garlic clove, minced1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)8oz filed green salad mix
Directions
Combine panko, salt, chili powder and pepper. Coat chicken. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20min, turning once.
Combine next 7 ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth.
Combine tomatoes and salad. Toss with dressing top with chicken.
4servings-1cup salad and 1 cup chicken.
