Ingredients
Pita Bread, Whole WheatTomato Paste, about 2 tbspGreen peppers, 4-5 thin strips or 2 tbsps choppedOnion 1 thin sliceCheddar or Mozzerella cheese, shredded, 1/4 cup
Directions
warm pita bread to make it pliable. Spread tomato paste on bread, add vegetables, sprinkle cheese over top, put on a cookie sheet and cook at 350 until cheese has melted.
