Ingredients
Jalapeno Peppers, 12 peppersPepper Jack Cheese, 6 oz 4 Bamboo Skewers soaked
Directions
Prepare peppers using kitchen gloves make a cut along the length of pepper making sure not to remove the stem area and remove all seeds a spoon does a great job divide the 6 oz of cheese in to 12 equal parts and lay a piece in each pepper and skewer with pre soaked bamboo skewers 3 peppers to a skewer and grill until pepper is tender let stand to cool before serving
