Really Red Coleslaw

6 Cups thin sliced red cabbage,1/2 cup dried tart red cherries,1 T. red raspberry preserves (I use sugar free),1 red onion, thinly sliced,1/2 cup red raspberry vinaigrette
Combine in larg bowl: cabbage, onion, & cherries. In a small bowl combine vinaigrette and preserves. Pour over cabbage and mix. Serve at room temperature or chill up to 6 hours. Makes about 6 1-cup servings.
