Low Calorie Dip

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs asparagus, trimmed- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped- 2 medium scallions, thinly sliced- 1 tbsp fat free plain greek yogurt- 1/8 tsp tobasco sauce- 2 garlic cloves, minced- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Steam asparagus until tender, about 10-13 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes.
In a food processor, purée asparagus until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
