Rumbamel's Corn Pudding in the Microwave (per a Taste of Home book)

-4 large eggs-2 cans of cream style corn, 14.75 oz each-1 C Fat Free evaporated milk-1/4 C white all purpose flour-2 T granulated sugar-1/2 t salt-1/4 t white pepper-1 T unsalted butter, melted-dash of paprika if desired for garnish
--In an ungreased 2-3 quart microwave save dish beat your eggs. Add your evaporated milk, corn, flour, sugar, butter, salt and pepper. Stir well.
--Cover and cook on high for 9 minutes STIRRING EVERY 3 MINUTES. Uncover and top with paprika, desired, and then cook another 15 minutes or until a knife in the middle comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
--Makes 8 servings.
