Delicata Squash Soup

Ingredients
One delicata squash, two tablespoons cream substitute (tofutti or something else), a little lemon, salt and pepper to taste, i teaspoon brown sugar
Directions
cut squash into four pieces steam for 30 minutes, scrape flesh from skin.

add all ingredients to blender, heat.

done!
