Mexican Shrimp Cocktail Soup

Ingredients
2 pounds cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined1 tablespoon crushed garlic1/2 finely chopped onion1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped32 oz tomato and clam juice cocktail1 lemon's juice1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to tastesalt to taste1 ripe avocado - peeled, pitted and chopped1 cucumber - peeled and finely chopped2 Roma tomatoes - finely chopped
Directions
1.Place the shrimp in a large bowl. Stir garlic, onion, cucumber, tomatoes and cilantro. Mix in tomato and clam juice cocktail, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Season with salt. Gently stir in avocado. Cover, and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Serve in one large bowl or ladle into individual bowls.
