On-Hand Scramble

Ingredients
1 Tbsp canola oil1 c diced onion1/8 c milk (I had 2%)3 large eggs3 oz deli turkey meat, cut up into bite size pieces1/4 c Tillamook sharp cheddar, shredded1 tsp Original Mrs Dash (or to taste)opt. salt and/or pepper
Directions
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Once oil is thin, swirl to get coating on bottom of entire skillet. Add onions and cook until translucent and slightly browned on the edges. Meanwhile, combine 3 eggs and milk and scramble. Set aside. When onions are clear, add turkey meat and allow to heat through. Lower heat a little and add scrambled eggs. Allow to set somewhat, then sprinkle Mrs Dash and salt or pepper, if desired, and stir around to create the scrambled dish. Make sure eggs are no longer wet, then remove and serve. Top with shredded cheese.
