1 Can (16 oz) Tomato Sauce1 Can (15-16 oz) Pinto Beans12 oz (recipe calls for 1 lb) Lean Ground Beef
Directions
Makes 4, 1 Cup servings

To reduce the fat content of ground beef, place the hot cooked meat in a strainer and run very hot water over it. Rinse or wash the pan used to cook the beef, then return the beef to the pan to continue adding other ingredients.
