Starkist chunk light tuna in water (5 oz), 1 servingKraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish, 1 tbspChili powder, dashBread, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 6 slicessalt & pepper to taste only

- Toast the bread
- mix everything together and then add salt and pepper to your liking
