Creole Chicken Wings

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 450 degreesCut chicken wings at joints, Reserve tips for other use such as broth. Wash wing pieces .In large bowl, combine wing pieces with oil, lemon juice, tomato sauce, sugar, garlic (minced), salt,pepper thyme and cayenne pepper. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours turning pieces occasionally.Drain chicken, reserving marinade, Arrange wing pieces on a shallow roasting pan and roast 20 minutes. Baste with marinade and bake another 20 minutes until crisp and brown
