Chicken Rice Taco Bake

Ingredients
2 cups cooked minute rice3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed1 sm. can tomato sauce - 8 ozs1 envelope taco seasoning1 can refried beans1 cup grated marble cheese
Directions
Spread cooked rice into bottom of 8X10 casserole dish. In another bowl mix seasoning & tom. sauce, add chicken cubes & coat well. Spread on top of rice. Spread beans over chicken layer and then top with shredded cheese. Bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees.

    This turned out very good. I did add diced tomatoes with the tomato sauce and most of the family added a dolup up sour cream on the top while serving. - 9/24/07
