Peaches N' Cream Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats3/4 Cup WaterPinch of Salt1 Cup Peaches, Fresh or Frozen1 Tbsp Mascarpone Cheese1 Tbsp Light Agave Nectar
Directions
Boil 3/4 cup of water with a pinch of salt. Add 1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats, and reduce to a simmer. Cover, and let cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After ten minutes, add the Peaches, Mascarpone cheese, and Apple Syrup. Let cook another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally (do not let it burn).
When finished, take off heat, stir, and let sit 5 minutes covered.
This oatmeal will be creamy/soupy looking. I like to take a potato masher and mash the Peaches before I eat it.
If desired, add another tablespoon of Mascarpone as a topping. (Will add 60 more calories)
