Ingredients
1 can black beans (rinse & drain)1 can shoe peg corn (drain)1 bunch green onions chopped1/3 cup olive oil1/3 cup apple cider vinegar3 splenda packets
Directions
1. Mix black beans, corn, green onions together.

2. Add in olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and splenda. Mix well.

3. Add in feta cheese last.
