Gluten Free Chicken Mexican Cornbread Casserole

1.65 lb Shredded Chicken1 packet Old Elpaso Mild Taco Seasoning3/4 cup onion2 cup Cheddar Cheese1 Can Rotel w/ green chilies1 Cup frozen Corn1 Can Rinsed Black Beans1 package Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Corn Bread Mix (mixed as instructed on package - Do not bake seperate)
Boil Chicken with chopped onion (sprinkle salt). Remove from pot and shread with 2 forks. Toss with taco seasoning. Add rotel, corn, and black beans. Pour into a 13x9 greased pan. Top with cheese.
Prepare corn bread according to package. Pour mixture over cheese and smush in a bit. Bake according to cornbread directions.
