*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Ground beef, lean, 10 oz *Swad Ginger & Garlic Paste, 10 gram(s) Salt, 1 tsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Red Pepper Powder (Corse) - Wang, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 0.5 tsp
Fry the onions in the oil until soft add salt, pepper , ginger garlic paste, turmeric and mix it well for a 2 mins. Add Keema or ground beef and mix it well for 5 mins. Now add aloo or potato to the mix, mix it well. Let it simmer for 15 to 20 mins. Add green peper and coriander to it. Mix and serve with rice or roti.
