Cayenne Rubbed Chicken with Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
coarse salt and ground pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper4 boneless, skinless chick breast halves2 tbs olive oil1 medium red onion, finely chopped2 tbs lime juice1 hass avocado, pitted and cut into chunks
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and cayenne and rub all over chicken
2. In a large skilley, heat oil over med. Add chicken and cook until brown on the outside - 8 to 10 mins per side.
3. Meanwhile, in a med bowl, combine onion and lime juice. Set aside. Just before serving, fold avo chunks into onion mixture and season with salt and pepper. Serve salsa over chicken.
