Roasted Red Potatoe w/Artichoke & Feta Cheese

Ingredients
2 # Baby Red Potatoes6.5 oz jar of Marinated Artichoke Hearts1/2 C Garlic Herb Feta CheeseSea SaltPepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray Pam on cookie sheet
Quarter 2# of baby red potatoes onto cookie sheet
Drizzle the marinade from artichoke hearts over potatoes
Cut the artichokes into smaller pieces and toss with potatoes.
Sprinkle the feta cheese over the potatoes
Season with sea salt and pepper
Bake for 20 minutes, till lightly golden and check potatoes w/fork for doneness.
