Ingredients
1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light1 Cup Splenda2 eggs4 cups flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Makes 30 cookies
Combine all ingredients into a dough. Split dough in half and cover with saran wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 325
Roll out dough into 1/8 inch thickness and cut into 30 circles.
Place in oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
