Ingredients
3 Medium Russet Potatoes, diced1/4 Cup Milk.5 TBS Low Fat Cream Cheese
Directions
1. Dice Potatoes, place in pot with enough salted water to cover... boil for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
2. Drain water off the potatoes.
3. Add the milk and the cream cheese, mash ingredients together, makes about 6 half cup servings
