For the Turkey Burger Sliders:2 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey1 medium red onion, chopped2 large eggs, beaten4 1/2 tablespoons parsley, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1 teaspoons ground tarragon1 teaspoons black pepperFor the buns and Garnish1 tbsp butter2 onions, thinly sliced2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1 pkg PC Slider Thins Mini Burger Buns (or other slider buns)75g PC Creamy Spread with Brie0.5 cup canned whole cranberry sauce
1. In a large bowl lightly combine turkey, onion, eggs, parsley, garlic, tarragon, and pepper
2. Form into 18 sliders
3. Broil burgers till brown
4. In frying pan, melt butter over medium heat; cook onions for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often, or until caramelized. Stir in vinegar; cook another 1 to 2 minutes or until vinegar is absorbed
5. Open buns. Spread some Brie onto each bottom. Top each with a slider, a generous 1 tsp (5 mL) cranberry sauce, a small pile of onions and top.
