Mediterranean Burgers

1/2 cup Mayonnaise1 clove Garlic1/2 T jarred capers, rinsed, drained, and coarsely chopped1 tsp Pepper, black1 lb sirloin1 medium Onion, finely chopped1/3 cup Roasted Bell Peppers, jarred1/4 cup Bread crumbs1 T Olive Oil1 T fresh basil, chopped1 tsp dried Oregano1 tsp Sherry or red wine vinegar1/2 tsp minced fresh Rosemary1 tsp kosher Salt4 slices Provolone Cheese5 Delallo Artichoke Hearts, jarred, marinated, drained and thinly sliced1 cup Arugula4 whole wheat buns
Combine mayo, garlic, capers, and 1/4 tsp pepper in a small bowl and set aside
Mix sirloin, onion, roasted peppers, bread crumbs, oil, basil, vinegar, oregano, rosemary, salt and remaining pepper in a medium bowl. Shape into 4 (1 inch thick) patties.
Lightly oil grill rack or pan. Grill Burgers, turning once, about 8 min for medium well. Just before removing from grill, top each burger with 1 slice of cheese and heat until slightly melted.
Spread a heaping tablespoon of mayo mixture on bottom of bun, layer with artichoke, burger, and arugula, then top with top of bun. Serve immediately.
