Green Papaya with Coconut cream

Ingredients
one small green Papaya, peeled, sliced thinly1/4 cup ground lean pork1/4 cup shallots, chopped1 cloves f garlic, choped1 to 2 pcs. green jalapeno ** optional1 small bundle,tied lemon grass1/2 cup stock2 cups coconut milk or cream1 cup of Moringa oleifera lamk (mallungay)some salt and some peppersome cooking oil
Directions
Heat oil in a pan, saute the garlic, then add in the onions,cook until clear.
Add in the ground lean meat until the meat change the color. put some salt and pepper into the meat.
Add in the green papaya and stir a bit and add in the stocks. cover and cook until the papaya semi-cook. then add in the lemon grass.
Cook for 5 more minutes then add in the coconut milk and the jalapeno if you want.
Kindly lower the heat then add in the Moringa oleiferra lamk. Mix properly and add again some salt and pepper to your taste.
Cook it until done. and serve with hot rice.
