Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/2 raw onion1 small apple- cored & peeled1 Chicken breast (cooked)3-4 Tblsp Canola Helmann's Mayo (to taste- some people like it heavier/lighter on the mayo)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
take all ingredients and put in the food processor. Serve as a sandwich or on crackers with cheese if you are entertaining.

You can substitute grapes for the apple as well. Adding Italian seasoning is also a nice way to add flavor.

**Serving size... not too sure on that- 2 is a guest-imate***
