1 C. Peanut or Almond Butter - All natural, can be chunky1/2 C. Raw Honey1/2 C. Brown Rice Syrup3 T. Chia Seeds - lots of protein4 C. Brown Rice Cereal (Fruit Sweetened)2 C. Finely Shredded Coconut
Mix together well Peanut or Almond Butter, Honey and Brown Rice Syrup. Add Chia Seeds and Brown Rice Cereal. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
Using a cookie scoop, make 1" balls. Roll into finely shredded Coconut.
