Ingredients
180 g stew beef, cut into even smaller cubes1/2 can (9.5 oz) red kidney beans1/2 can (9.5 oz) black beans1/2 green pepper, finely chopped1/2 red pepper, finely chopped2 carrots, finely chopped1 onion, finely chopped1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped2 tomatoes, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup beef stock1 cup tomato sauce1/4 cup tomato paste1 T chili powder1 T paprika1 t cuminpepper
Directions
Slow Cook on high 2-3 hours, reduce to low and cook 4-5 more hours.
