White Chicken and Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients
1 Package (16oz) Ground Chicken Breast8 Lasagna Noodles1Cup Fat Free Precious Ricotta Cheese1 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese1 Jar Classico Light Creamy Alfredo Sauce1 Package Kraft Mozzarella Cheese (2 Cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Cook lasagna noodles until tender.

In pan, cook ground chicken until no longer pink. Season to taste.

In a seperate mixing bowl, combine ricotta and cottage cheese mixing well. Add cooked chicken and mix until well coated. Add jar of alfredo sauce mixing well.

In a 13x9 glass baking dish, put a small layer of sauce mixture on bottom. Add 3 lasagna noodles. Layer with sauce and some of the mozzarella cheese. Continue layering until gone. Use remaining mozzarella cheese to cover the top of lasagna.

Cook at 450 for approx 20 min or until cheese is brown and bubbly. Let stand for 10 min to allow to thicken.

Makes 8 large servings per calories on recipe or 12 smaller servings at 232.5 calories each.

Eat a larger serving as a meal or a smaller serving with sides of choice.
