Jessy's Honey mustard chicken

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 750 grams * Honey, 100 grams * Yellow Mustard, 0.25 cup * *Barbecue Sauce, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) * Thyme, fresh, 3 tsp * Paprika, 0.5 tbsp * Chili powder, 1 tsp salt & pepper to taste
Directions
mix everything then smother half the mixture onto chicken in a pan covered with foil. bake at 175 c for 30 minutes (covered) then turn chicken & smother the remaining mixture then bake for another 15 minutes (covered) then brown with broiler for 5 minutes uncovered till golden. this makes 2 generous helpings. serve it next to brown rice or sauteed veggies. Enjoy! :)
tips:
1- i used the remaining sauce in the pan to make gravy after thickening it in a small nonstick pan.

2- if you don't line the baking tin with foil, you'll curse while scrubbing off the remains later! :)
