Beef, parsnip & leek casserole

Ingredients
Stewing Beef steak, 450 grams2 Onions, raw, 226.8 grams 8oz2 Leeks, 198.4 grams 7oz2 Parsnips, 113.4 grams 4ozChopped Tomatoes Napolina 400g can,Bisto rich & roasted beef gravy, 30 gram 6tspSage, ground, 2 tsp Thyme, ground, 2 tspOlive oil Napolina light & Mild, 2 tbsp
Directions
Fry chopped onion. Add meat diced. Fry for 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients with gravy mad eup to 12 fl oz. Put in casserole dish and bake in oven for 2.30 to 3 hours.
