Low Calorie Chestnut Mushroom soup

Ingredients
2 large onions, diced2 tlbl. butter4 large Portobella mushrooms, chopped32 oz. chicken broth15 oz. cooked, peeled chestnutsSaute the onions in the butter until translucent. Add the mushrooms and saute for 5-8 minutes longer, until they begin to sweat (creating liquid). Add the chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Roughly chop the chestnuts (already cooked) and add to soup. Cook for 2-4 minutes longer, to heat chestnuts through and blend flavors. Puree the soup in a blender or food processor until smooth.
