imitation crab stuffed portabello mushroom

1/2 cup Louis Kemp Crab Delights imitation crab2 tbsp cream cheese 1 tbsp Italian dressing 1 Portabello Mushroom Cap (3 oz)
Makes 1 serving
Prepare the musroom cap by removing stem and washing cap. Set aside.
Place the 1/2 cup imitation crab in a bowl. WIth a fork mash it until it is shredded.
Add the 2 TBL of cream cheese and the 1 TBL of italian salad dressing and mix until it is blended well.
Turn the mushroom cap to the underside and spread the crab mixture on the mushroom cap.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 - or until heated through. DO not let mushroom cap get overcooked.
