Quick Stir-Fry

Ingredients
3 cups fresh califlower, steamed3 cups brown rice, chilled1.5 cups of Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables6 ounces chicken breast, cooked and sliced2 tablespoons rice vinegar2 tablespoons Braggs Liquid aminos2 tablespoons Tamari saucecrushed red pepper (to taste)minced garlic ( to taste)
Directions
stir-fry veggies and meat together in wok and add 1/2 of the sauces and seasonings.

Add rice and add the other 1/2 of sauces and seasonings.

cook for 5-10 minutes total
