Gluten Free Mixed - Grain Porridge

Ingredients
3/4 cup apple cider1 1/4 cups water1 tsp fresh grated ginger1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup uncooked millet1/2 cup toasted buckwheat kernels (kasha)1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions
In a pot, bring apple cider and water to a boil.
Add ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and millet.
Reduce heat, cover and cook 15 minutes (do not stir).
Add buckwheat and applesauce.
Raise heat to medium-low and cook, covered, for 15 minutes longer.
