Ingredients
chicken breast, raw, 16 oz (remove)Beans, black, 0.5 cup (remove)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup (remove)*PC Blue Menu Six Bean Medley (No Salt Added), 2 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 500 grams (remove)Carrots, raw, 110 grams (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Onions, raw, 1.2 cup, chopped (remove)*PC Blue Menu Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup (remove)*Heinz Tomato Paste, 6.5 tbsp (remove)chili powder 3tbs*Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
brown the meat with the onion and the garlic.
add spices and cook 1 more minute
blend the 500g of tomatoes and tomato paste together in a blender and pour into pot with all other ingredients except almond meal
once desired consistency is reached, add almond meal and simmer for 30 minutes.
serve hot
