Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients
Topping:½ cup margarine or butter2 pkgs ramen noodles-broken up (discard seasoning packet)½ cup slivered almonds¼ cup sesame seeds Greens:5 green onions-sliced1 large bag(20+oz spinach leaves)2-3 hearts romaine lettuce—sliced/chopped Dressing:¼ cup apple cider vinegar1 cup canola oil2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 cup sugar
Directions
Prepare Topping:
Melt butter/margarine and brown all topping ingredients in a small saucepan—set aside

Prepare Dressing:
Mix together all ingredients and set aside (warm for 30 seconds in microwave to facilitate mixing if necessary) J

Prepare Salad:
Just prior to serving, toss all ingredients together—Enjoy!
