2 cups grated parmesan cheese
place 1 tablespoon piles of cheese 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Place under the broiler in oven until cheese begins to turn brown. They can be left as flat chips or you can remove from baking sheet immediately and place over the back of muffin tins forming a small cup let set until firm.
If you make cups you can fill them with Cowboy Caviar or other firm dip of your choice. makes 32 parmesan chips
