I Cup Margarine1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar1 large egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Almond Extract2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour1 tsp Cream of tartar1 tsp Baking soda
Preheat oven to 375 degreesCream margarine, sugar, egg and flavorings until well combined. Fold in flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda until well combined but do not over mix.
Roll dough into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls and press flat on cookie sheet. (Criss-crossed fork or the bottom of a clean jar or bottle work well here.) Bake 10 minutes or until set but not brown.
*Ice with flavored powdered sugar icing if desired after completely cooled.
