Make over Banana Bread

Ingredients
2.5 Cups White or wheat flour1 Cup granulated sugar or Splenda2 tsp. Baking Soda1 tsp. Salt2 Tbs Cinnamon, ground3-4 Mashed Bananas4 Large Eggs1/4 Cups Olive Oil1/4 Cups Prune Juice1 tsp Vanill Extract1/2 Cup Low Fat Buttermilk1 Cup Rasins
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together then mix all liquid ingredients together. Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees, grease bread pans. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just until all dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into loaf or bread pans and place into oven.
Bake for about 60 minutes. Small loaf pans 45 minutes. Test with toothpic. Take from oven when done and place on cooling rack.
