Poached egg/sausage breakfast

Ingredients
Nature's Own Light Wheat Bread, 2 slices, .5 serving (remove)*Jennie-O Turkey breakfast sausage link, 1 serving (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, .5 oz (remove)Poached Egg, 1 large (remove)
Directions
I used pre cooked turkey sausage...crumble and heat in mircowave
Toast Bread
Poach egg (shallow sauce pan bring water to boil, add one tsp vinger drop egg directly in...cook to desired doneness)

Take the toast put mozzarella cheese on top (heat 10 seconds in microwave)
top with sausage and then the poached egg...
