Ingredients
1 fresh egg,2 tablespoon of flour1 canned yellow corn1 cup (250gr) of cottage cheese (or a mixture of cream cheese) of low fat
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients togeher.
Put it all in the oven on 180c for about 30 min.
