Ingredients:Buckwheat, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 small (remove)3 cloves fresh garlicMushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp (remove)salt & pepper to taste pepepr
boil the water add the buckwheat salt & butter mix well. set aside. chop carrots, onions, mushrooms & garlic in to smallest possible pieces. saute in olive oil till soft. add in buchwheat mix & more salt & pepper to taste. place mixutre in large baking dish & bake till brown, mix up occasionallt to mix in the crunchy bit that form on top.
