Christmas Ice Cream

Ingredients
6 eggs2 cups of sugar4 cups of whipping cream4 cups of whole milk
Directions
This will make about one gallon and 3/4 cup will be a nice serveing.

Mix 1/2 the milk and all the eggs in large bowl. add remaining milk and continue mixing. Add the sugar while mixing. Cook the milk/egg/sugar mixture untill the temp. is about 165 F. Cool over night and the next day add the rest of the cream and start turning the icecream maker untill very hard to turn, NOW it is ready to eat.
The faster you can turn the maker the smother the icecream will be.
