Potatoes & Eggs

Ingredients
4 Medium Potatoes4 Large egges1/4 cut Whole Milk1/4 tsp garlic salt4 tbsp butter
Directions
Melt butter in large fry pan.
Wash and cut potatoes (skin on) into bite size slices.
Add Garlic Salt
Fry until browned and ready to eat.

Wisk eggs and milk in small bowl.
Pour over potatoes and mix throughly until eggs are done
Remove from heat and serve.
