Ingredients
Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 cup (1 pint) (remove)Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp (remove)Hashed Browns (hash browned potatoes), 5.75 cup (38 ounces 1 large bag + 6 ounces)1 small Onion chopped SHARP Cheddar , Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together Soup sour cream and soften butter in LARGE BOWL.
Chop onion, add to soup mixture frozen shredded hash browns a little at a time along with the onion, and 1/2 the amount of cheese. Make sure it's mixed well and put into a 9 X 13 casserole pan spread evenly, Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 1 hour till browned and crunch around the edges.
