Red Bean stew

Ingredients
3 large carrots-cleaned and skin removed-cut into rounds2 cans of kidney beans1tsp of onion powder2 tsp-of garlic powder1tsp of turmeric1 tsp of garam masala2 cups of chicken broth
Directions
Get the vegetables cleaned and cut.Also wash ten,cook the carots andt he beans.
In a steel Dutch Oven the carrots and beans are cooked and add the spices and salt to taste.
Add the broth and allow to thicken.Serve with rice or roti.Enjoy!
