Ingredients:*Sweet Italian pork sausage, 1 pound (6-7 links) 1 red Peppers, sweet, sliced, Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin Garlic, 1 clove chopped( Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 1 fl oz Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Slice Onions, Red Pepper and clove of garlic and add to a hot pan with a tblsp of Olive Oil dash of salt, pepper and Italian seasoning if desired. Sautee until carmelized. If burning occurs, lower heat and add a little water to the pan.
In the mean time score the sausage and place in pan with an ounce of water. Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown. Slice sausage and toss with Peppers & Onions.
