Cream Yogurt

Ingredients
2 cups homemade cream yogurt10 grams frozen blueberries (about 4)20 grams frozen strawberries (few slices)1 tsp raspberry extractSweetner
Directions
Microwave frozen fruit for a few seconds, and mash well.
Add yogurt and mix well
Add raspberry extract and sweeten to taste.
Makes 8 servings, about 2 carbs each, although it's probably lower since the lactose is fermented. And the bacteria make extra vitamins. Enjoy!
